JOIN NEW DIRECTIONS ON MAY 10th FOR THE 2008 REVLON RUN/WALK!!

Dear Friends of New Directions:

We’re inviting you to walk with us!!

On May 10, 2008, residents of the New Directions Women’s Program will be walking in the LA Revlon Run/Walk alongside NDI staff, friends and SpringBoard members.  This annual 5K run/walk raises awareness and funds for women’s cancer research, counseling and outreach programs.  The event is a collaborative effort from Revlon and the Entertainment Industry Foundation.

This year’s Revlon Run/Walk will be hosted by Carrie Ann Inaba (Dancing with the Stars) and Tom Selleck.  The event will conclude with a Celebration Concert at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in Exposition Park.  New Directions’ SpringBoard is promoting this event as an opportunity to interact with the residents of NDI’s Women’s Program and support them as they walk to benefit women in need.  This is also a great way for New Directions to make new contacts, friends, and to spread the word about our amazing organization. There will be tens of thousands of participants at this event.

We need a minimum of 25 people to sign up by FRIDAY April 18th. We realize that this is only a few days away – but we’re confident we can make the deadline!  By signing up as a team, the Entertainment Industry Foundation will provide us with a New Directions banner and a designated meeting area inside the Coliseum where we can watch the festivities.  The registration fee is $30, which includes a Revlon Run/Walk T-shirt (and a New Directions shirt handed out to all NDI participants).

To sign up, please follow the link to the registration page:
