Turning
Point School Reaps Garden Rewards
The
fifth grade class of Turning Point School in Culver City has
a garden at New Directions that they come and tend to every
three weeks. The proceeds of the sale of their crops
are donated to New Directions. The kids also meet with
residents who try to mentor them on the dangers of drugs and
alcohol.
